I live 15 minutes from downtown but am surrounded by goats and cows. It's the best of both worlds!

When I first reached out to Evan a year ago, I was living in Virginia and wanted a rental. All I needed was an MLS and Evan responded saying she doesn’t work with rentals. I went back on a search and said in a Facebook post that I need a rental for my family and that we plan to buy in a few years so we would be return clients. Evan jumped back in my inbox. LOL!
We had our babies 3 weeks apart so we ended up keeping in contact and got to know each other. We planned to downsize our rental to an apartment and my husband was not a fan of my choice for an apartment so we could save up to buy a house. I had a very agitated morning and ended up calling Evan to talk about any chance of buying a house.
Evan walked us through it. She got us set up on a MLS and got us out looking at houses within a day! We ended breaking up with our original lender and went with someone Evan recommended! DREAM TEAM! It took 2 weeks to find a house and have an offer accepted and then 30 days to close.

that I drove down from Maryland. Early on she was able to show me properties that impressed me and made me feel as though I was already living there.
