During the abnormal home selling frenzy, I was faced with immediate turmoil of being forced from my 13+ yr. rental home because my landlords decided to sell their house. There wasn't much about this purchase that was traditional. We sold our home to buy a house that was over 125 years old. We had issues with water, well placement, and all the things that go with an older home. Erika and her team were on top of every issue and e planned everything to us. Boyce is a super agent. As a Charlotte native, she has a deep background, knowledge, and personal experience with Charlotte real estate. She’s able to point out a lot that I might have missed: neighborhood ins and outs, options for comparable homes in different areas, and understanding the value proposition of each candidate property. Boyce was able to help me dream, while at the same time her feet were firmly on the ground. I definitely needed her objectivity on more than one occasion. Boyce’s rapport with other agents is one quality that sets her apart. She was able to give me an accurate read of each and every situation so that I could better discern if something might be a fit for me (and MY situation). In the end, Boyce was able to navigate us toward the perfect property. After what was a 8 month search, we found a home that we absolutely love. Boyce was a huge part of that journey. If you’re looking for a guide down the sometimes turbulent rivers of home purchase, you’d be hard pressed to find a better agent than Boyce. We highly recommend her.

I don’t think I can accurately quantify how incredible Boyce was in words. She had the market expertise to navigate the complexity of a cross state move and knew exactly how to handle this insane market in both selling our home and ensuring we had ample time to find a new one in a new city 100 miles away. Boyce had all of this set up for us and was even able to sell our home above asking in 12 hours. I’m completely blown away by the entire experience. The only regret I have is that when we go to sell our new house down the road, it will be out of Boyce’s main market. I cannot recommend Boyce enough.

Lynn was fantastic to be with. Moving from Oklahoma to North Carolina with only a couple of weeks notice was a bit overwhelming for our family.. A friend recommended Trisha Hamilton to me. I am a crazy-busy professional and did not think I would be able to get through the buying process in the time I did. It is crazy out there finding a house and especially living 5 hours away. I was so lucky to find Lynn and she stayed on top of market and what I wanted to find but houses were under contract within 25 hours. Bobby was pretty much there every step of the way while I was out of town. We did 90 percent of the hunting and paperwork while I was away. I felt comfortable doing that because he made everything personal. I used a VA loan which is quite difficult actually if you’re not married and working overseas(just a heads up). Other realtors had a team that just kept you on rotation and really didn’t have an idea of how to handle my situation. But Bobby and his wife/partner worked it out. I highly recommend.

As a first time homebuyer, the thought of finding the right home and the right price is very intimidating. Working with Jayme made the process so much easier than I had anticipated.
