I don’t think I can accurately quantify how incredible Boyce was in words. She had the market expertise to navigate the complexity of a cross state move and knew exactly how to handle this insane market in both selling our home and ensuring we had ample time to find a new one in a new city 100 miles away. Boyce had all of this set up for us and was even able to sell our home above asking in 12 hours. I’m completely blown away by the entire experience. The only regret I have is that when we go to sell our new house down the road, it will be out of Boyce’s main market. I cannot recommend Boyce enough.

Boyce was my agent when I sold my house in Noda, she was quite a pleasure to work with, and did a great job. Selling (or buying) a house is an intense, major decision. It is a lot like gambling and when offers began to come in it was scary to choose whether or not to take them and she stood by me as I navigated the rough waters....
