I can't recommend Tanya highly enough. A friend of mine was buying a house at the same time as me--similar circumstances, but with a different agency--and her experience was so frustrating compared to mine. It really underscored the value of having an agent who will go the extra mile.

Our process was not straightforward. We were inexperienced and had not done our pre-approval work when we found that perfect house.
