Well, I had a time trying to come up with the words to express how awesome our experience was with Ryan Porter/Tammy/NextHome Realty.

Ryan and I had a rough start in finding me the perfect home. We both learned about the VA codes on a condo really quick. It was heartbreaking to lose what I thought was the perfect home for me and my daughter. However, Ryan didn't give up and he convinced me not to either. It took a couple of months and looking at many homes, but Ryan found me the perfect home. Since then, Ryan has also become my handy man. He never left our side after the closing. The few little issues I've had, he has been quick to help me fix. He still gives me advice on things to purchase for my home and recommends who to call and what to buy. Ryan even came and hung my huge clock over my mantle. He has become my friend. He's honest, cares about his clients and will do whatever necessary to find you the perfect home. He was also extremely helpful in helping me locate/contact the correct utility companies so that all my utilities could be seamlessly switched over.
