I have lived in the Greater Jackson area most of my life, and graduated high school from McCluer Academy. Later, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College, and then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College.
I come from a real estate family! As a teenager I worked during the summers for my grandfather in the land development business. Several of my uncles also worked in her grandfather’s business; and after the business was sold they continued in real estate as a realtor and recently real estate appraisers.
Prior to beginning my own real estate career in 2014,I was the director of enrollment services for the adult degree program of a local private college for over 10 years with the Institute of Professional Development. Prior to my career in higher education, I was in telecommunications for over 20 years working in customer service, sales and marketing. It was during this time, I also served as an adjunct professor for Belhaven College, teaching marketing and business communications and was named one of Mississippi’s Leading Business Women.
My specialization is in working with buyers and sellers in the Greater Jackson area in residential sales. I have obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) ; Seller Representative Specialist (SRS℠)and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®)designations in an effort to better serve these important segments of the market.
