Jessica Lafitte Landry handled the sale of my home at 222 Treescape Drive in Lafayette, LA. After our initial contact, she performed a “walk through” of house and furnished me a “checklist”
of tasks required to get it into best marketable condition. A few days later, a photo album was created and the house went “live” on a Friday. The following Monday, the house was shown, and after a

Now you have. If you have any issue she has someone who can fix it within an hour or two. We were selling a house that Shawn was not the agent for and we had a question about structural integrity. Shawn gave me a number to a structural engineer who was at the house an hour later. The engineer did an inspection and sent me a report on his findings a couple hours later.
