In 2000, I graduated from ULL with a Bachelor’s of Interior Design. With 22 years of design experience in new construction and remodeling industry (residential and small boutique commercial), Real Estate is not new to me. Throughout my career, I have worked with production and custom builders in Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana. Since 2000, I have owned and operated my own successful, award winning design firm specializing on the construction side of design from concept to completion. Merging as a real estate professional seemed to be the most natural next step. Not only do you get a dedicated and motivated real estate agent, you get a designer to help you sell your property faster and customize your new space.
Now, as a full time professional real estate agent, I pride myself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your transaction. Best in the business. There is no one else who will put in the effort that Shawn will. Have you ever heard of a real estate agent crawling in the attic to check out something the inspector found. Now you have. If you have any issue she has someone who
can fix it within an hour or two. We were selling a house that Shawn was not the agent for and we had a question about structural integrity. Shawn gave me a number to a structural engineer who was at the house an hour later. The engineer did an inspection
and sent me a report on his findings a couple hours later. Shawn helped us with ideas, for our new house, on how to place furniture, what size furniture would be best in the rooms, what style would go with the architecture of the house. Shawn has the best
eye for this. If you decide to let Shawn be your agent you will be thankful you did.
