My name is Casey Oliver, and I am a licensed Realtor with NextHome Cutting Edge Realty. I have been in the business for 5 years and continue to be very involved in the Real Estate Industry. I am currently a member of the YPN State Board, the RAA Leadership Class of 2025 and the Government Affairs Committee. I was born and raised in Louisiana, and I am very familiar with the Acadiana area.
Just a few of the Designations that I have attained are the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE). I also take more than the required 12 hours of Continuing Education classes each year. The past two years I have taken 20 hours each year. I do this to expand my knowledge so that I can pass this information over to my clients. The more I know, the more I can teach them.
As a full-time professional Realtor, I pride myself in offering a unique personal experience for every one of my clients. I take the time to listen and understand exactly what each client is looking for. By guiding and educating my clients throughout the entire process, I help them to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Good morning,
I'm writing this letter to let future clients know what a hard-working, professional and dedicated to her client's satisfaction, our Real Estate Professional, Casey Oliver, demonstrated to us. We had a long, drawn-out and frustrating search for the right property to purchase as our future retirement home. We are located in Seattle, WA and were relocating to Louisiana, my home state, to retire. Casey researched hundreds, if not thousands, of available properties, trying to find us the right location. She researched constantly, always checking for "new listings" and driving all over the place to look at and evaluate each and every property we asked her to check out. This may not sound like much. But, in all actuality, it must have been a nightmare for Casey due to the fact that we couldn't make up our minds as to whether or not we wanted a farm with a home already on the site or land only, to build.
She never got upset with us and spent many mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends researching and looking at property for us.
Not only did she do all the research for the property. But, she also researched lenders, title searches and also did the closing for us. We closed on property that is located over 3000 miles away and Casey made it easier than when we purchased the home we currently live in!! Not to mention, she did it much faster!!!
