From the first meeting to the closing it was beyond a pleasure to work with Denisa as well as her partner Cyndi Tataru. After the inspection came in they reached out to find someone to give an expert opinion regarding the crawl space and they met the contractor there with me. They were very knowledgeable in regards to the right questions to ask to make sure my concerns were addressed. The questions I may not have asked or thought of during this overwhelming process. I bought a house in Tennessee while I was living in Florida.
Buying a house is stressful enough, but buying one from out of state is almost unboreable.
A friend of mine recommended Denise so I went out on a limb and decided to try her.
I can tell you that was the best decision I have ever made.
I would look at houses and send her the address. If not that same day, the next day she would go out and video the whole house and she would actually point everything she thought would be an issue.
We finally found the perfect house for me and Denisa was there every step of the way.

We meet Denisa a year ago August. She spent time showing us around and Denisa set us up with emails of houses that fit what we were looking for.
