I bought a house in Tennessee while I was living in Florida.
Buying a house is stressful enough, but buying one from out of state is almost unboreable.
A friend of mine recommended Denise so I went out on a limb and decided to try her.
I can tell you that was the best decision I have ever made.
I would look at houses and send her the address. If not that same day, the next day she would go out and video the whole house and she would actually point everything she thought would be an issue.
We finally found the perfect house for me and Denisa was there every step of the way.
I closed on my house a week ago, and she is still reaching out to me and making sure I am happy and things are going good.

Chance found several homes that would meet our needs. She arranged for viewings of five properties in one afternoon including one that was not on the market.
