I am writing this recommendation for our real estate agent Kim Semenko. Kim provided us with resources and support on selling our property. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was
too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots
of information and that was a challenge at times.
Myself and my siblings are very thankful and happy for all the hard work she did for us.

Kim was thorough with details, professional in appearance, very personal, and knowledgeable about the Williston area. Since I was living in Bismarck, when the house went up for sale, I corresponded with Kim by phone and email. She did all of the leg work
and put the house on the market. When the sign went up in the front of the house, within a day I had a counteroffer to buy which I declined. Within a couple more days, Kim had another buyer with a counteroffer which I accepted. After the sale was complete,

Kim gave me good advice on some updates to do to my home before listing it. The home showed around 10 times. It was sold in under a month. She was very helpful in the process of selling my home.

Kim is knowledgeable and will work for you round the clock! After missing out on a house we were initially interested in, Kim drove over 100 miles (not counting commute time from her office to remote Lignite area) to show us every available house in the
area and surrounding towns. After finding our new home, Kim helped us through the buying process by being super knowledgeable with VA loans, steps and requirements. She gave us heads up on what would be demanded of the home before the sale would be approved
and was available 24/7 to our questions and concerns. I would 100% work with Kim again and recommend her to anyone that would like to work with someone who goes above and beyond to find information about the location as well as the home you are looking for.

We were helping my inlaws who have some aging/accessibility concerns find a single level home (preferably with three BR, two full bathrooms and laundry room) and we were on a very tight timeline with regard to an existing lease. A property like this is
very hard to come by in Williston but Kim showed us everything that remotely fit that bill to try to help us find the right place. Throughout the process, she was very tuned in to our needs and made the process straightforward and relatively issue-free. Kim
handled every minor transaction with absolute professionalism and I felt, throughout the process that she had our back, especially with a tight turn transaction. I highly recommend Kim for her professionalism, the attention and dignity she showed to my inlaws

Kim is reliable, dependable, and was always willing to fit my quirky requests into her schedule. You don't find that everywhere.

Kim is the agent you need if you are in North Eastern Montana and want exposure to the North Dakota marketplace. She will work tirelessly to get your needs met. She and her team of professionals baled me out of a bad situation with a rental property that
was not performing and had low occupancy. Within a few short months the property was at 100 percent occupancy and was sold shortly thereafter.

I can't express my gratitude enough for the job Kim did for me. Kim, had probably one of the toughest closing/negotiations/sales when I purchased my home. Some of that was my doing, but a large portion came from the sellers. She worked very, very hard
to get this done. Her professionalism during the whole process makes me proud that I picked her as my realtor.
My husband and I were so very lucky to have Kim as our relator. She was incredibly on top of everything and always moving along the house buying process. She is very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and knows how to meet a deadline- she is unbelievable.
She went out of her way so many times because this was our first house we bought and I felt like all this stuff was in another language. She would explain every step to me multiple times and was very kind and patience with us. We had many barriers to cross

Kim went above and beyond helping me get into the home I am in today. I work long hours and could hardly show up to any scheduled meetings. It took a few moths to get into this HUD home that Kim got me in. She called all the people, meet with everyone,
and helped me file all the paperwork. If it wasn't for Kim and those long hours she put in for me I wouldn't have been able to purchase my home. I highly recommend Kim! She will go the extra mile to help you.

Kim was awesome to work with. She worked around the clock and showed me multiple houses that would work in my price-range. She was honest about what she thought about the homes she showed me and when I finally found the house I bought, she did everything
she could to help me get the house in a timely manner. She also did a great job of explaining forms and processes to me since I was a first time home buyer. If you want someone who will work hard for you and be honest, I would recommend Kim!!

Kim was absolutely amazing. She gave lots of advice about pricing the condo to sell. I live in Texas and was unable to be in North Dakota for most of this process and this is where Kim really did an amazing job. Once an accepted offer came in, Kim was
willing to help with the repairs that the buyer was requesting. Since I was not able to be there, I was ok with dropping the price of the condo in order for the buyer to make those repairs -- Kim suggested that we (mainly her) work to get the repairs done
so I could save a little money. In my opinion, Kim went over and beyond to sell the condo!
I hope to one day be in the North Dakota / Montana area again and if I'm ever relocated to Williston, Kim will be my first call. Enough thanks cannot be said for Kim making the selling process as smooth as possible! Thanks Kim!!

She is a person that paid attention to detail for what I was looking for and let to cater to my need to look at houses that were not the right houses for me or were in need of to much work but let me find out on my own and was able to use her knowledge
and her years of experience to bring me closer to my future home and in the end she was able to find My Home in the end for me and Kim is the person that I would use to sell my house if I were to sell my house or I would if anybody I knew that was looking
for a home I would send them her way because she just does not help buy or sell a house she helps buy or sell a home
