This guy is amazing! Throughly informative, flexible scheduling, no such word as “can’t” in his vocabulary. We wanted to look at a ton of options that were on the market and tons of different styles of homes and he helped us out the whole way through so we got exactly what we were looking for. I’ll tell ya right off the bat, you want to be a customer of Gabriel Blacks’. As first time home buyers we needed the spoon feeding service and felt very comfortable with him. Any questions we had about any of the properties we answered on the spot or he was able to obtain the info in minutes while we were viewing properties. I enjoyed the house hunting process very much and couldn’t think of a better agent to help us along our track. He also has some supreme resources for lenders and very well connected in the realty as well as community. This is the go-to guy!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn’t know where to begin other than view listings that peeked our interest. We came across a property that was his listing and within a few hours, he reached out and made arrangements to view it later in the day. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim was absolutely amazing. She gave lots of advice about pricing the condo to sell. I live in Texas and was unable to be in North Dakota for most of this process and this is where Kim really did an amazing job. Once an accepted offer came in, Kim was willing to help with the repairs that the buyer was requesting. Since I was not able to be there, I was ok with dropping the price of the condo in order for the buyer to make those repairs -- Kim suggested that we (mainly her) work to get the repairs done so I could save a little money. In my opinion, Kim went over and beyond to sell the condo!

I hope to one day be in the North Dakota / Montana area again and if I'm ever relocated to Williston, Kim will be my first call. Enough thanks cannot be said for Kim making the selling process as smooth as possible! Thanks Kim!!
