Born and raised in Williston, ND, I grew up in the real estate world as my father has been a Realtor and Appraiser for over 40 years. I became a licensed Realtor in 2006, a Broker Associate and Appraiser Apprentice in 2010, and managing Broker in 2015. As of 2025, I became the Broker/Owner of NextHome Fredricksen Real Estate. Honesty and commitment is how I have built my business. Being knowledgeable in our market and professional in every deal, I am committed to getting the job done for my clients. We highly recommend Heather to help you buy or sell a home. She really went above and beyond in helping us sell our home in Williston. We faced some major issues beyond our control with timing on closing/moving which could have cost us the sale, but she
knocked herself out to help us resolve them! She was a joy to work with!

Heather was a professional from day one. It is important to me, that when you are doing business with someone ,that close contact is kept and contacts with potential buyers is reported back to me. This was done promptly and with accurate information. During

My company is based in Fargo and I had a condominium in Williston that we used during the last oil boom because hotels were always full. I don't do residential real estate so when it came time to sell I listed it with a local Realtor. I went through 3
Realtors in 18 months that wouldn't promote the property on web sites or even put a sign out. Finally found Heather. She did everything a Realtor is supposed to do to market a property, and then some. Next thing I know we have an offer and a done deal. Thank
