I highly recommend Denise. We were not in area to sell our home. She kept us updated on what was going on with the house. She arranged for lawn care. She scheduled all repairs with local contactors. When we called Denise she immediately responded. She
might text and say she was with clients and would call as soon as possible. Denise goes the extra mile to keep her clients happy.

Selling a home and being out of state is extremely difficult and Denise has made the process extremely easy for us. She is on top of everything and has our best interest. She is always available for questions whether its email, text or phone calls. She
is very informative when it comes to the present and future real estate market. We wouldn't be able to keep selling houses without her.
