I have been a licensed realtor in Williston, ND since 1997 and in 2002, I received my Graduate Realtor Institution designation. My passion is to create an experience for my clients that they can enjoy as they search for their new home or property. Three of my top values are relationships, accountability and honesty and these are values my clients can count on during their work with me. Bev did an amazing job in selling our house in Stanley. She sold it within a few months of listing it. She handled many extras for us since we were out of state like getting the house professionally cleaned and snow removal. She checked on the house often
and when we had a purchaser, she communicated very well with us. Bev had everything ready in advance and there wasn't the last minute closing rush, paperwork was completed early. I would highly recommend Bev if you are selling or purchasing a home.

I listed a small rental house with Bev Quale during a declining market. Due to the market it took some time for the property to sell. Bev was very helpful with handling maintenance issues as things arose along with giving good advice and support during
