I've not lived in ND in a long time, so when I had to sell a home for a family member, I wasn't sure where to start -- so I did a Google search. Amanda's listing was at the top, highly rated.
It was a great choice! She managed the entire process determined a listing price, showing, negotiating, and then the real work started. It was an older home, and some problems turned up during the inspection. Amanda did a fantastic job of finding a firm to do the repairs, and managing the logistics of the whole process.
