Heidi listens, with her heart, soul and mind. Then once she has heard you she shows you the options, helping you evaluate what you want and do not want. She does it in a way that makes you feel at home as if a close relative were helping you out. She helped us with our search, our closing and all and any follow up. Now that the deal is done and we have closed she is there as an advisor and helper in setting up our new place.

We first met with Heidi in November in our search for a home in Cape Coral. Heidi was prepared with a list of homes meeting our criteria and all the needed information for the properties. She was aware that we were in a time crunch and by the second day of looking we found our next home.

Through out the entire process of purchasing this beautiful home, Heidi was very upfront and transparent in guiding us thru the massive amount of paperwork that is required nowadays.

Heidi put together a package of 4-5 builders and we began touring their models. After we found the model we wanted, she then assisted us with finding our lot. Well, let me start by saying I was disappointed that it took Heidi all of 13.5 HOURS to sell our lot in Cape Coral! Seriously, 13.5 hours after listing Heidi had an offer in hand!
Now was it Heidi or was it the location of the lot? I don't know, but I DO KNOW that Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very outgoing, listens well, is not afraid to ask questions and seek clarification, took suggestions and ideas on the strengths of our lot and was a total professional at all times.
