Tremayne, did what seemed to be the impossible. We listed our mobile home in early October and sold by early December. He always kept us in the loop with viewers, gave an honest assessment of the status of our progress in regards to selling, and was always available for calls and text messages. After our closing, we had relocated to temporary location. He priority mailed our check to us and messaged the tracking number till the check arrived. Searching for a new home from a state away is a challenge. Liz took into consideration how difficult that was and helped us negotiate that issue. As we had a health issue two days before the move, Liz helped immeasurably as we had to reschedule the closing and the move. She gets the challenges of moving and under such difficult conditions, stepped up to help us in more ways because of those moving challenges!

If I had to rate Liz 1-5 Id give her a 10! I ran into many problems in the homebuying process and she was there helping me every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about how happy I am that I picked Carolyn to help with my sale. This sale had so many different twists to it: the property was owned by a trust, it was a duplex that was being converted to (and sold as) condos, it had to be sold by a certain time to avoid capital gains taxes, AND there was a property damage insurance claim in between the sale of each condo. From the beginning, Liz understood what kind of home I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, location, different loans and how to get them, credit score improving tips, etc. She always opened her schedule to me so I would be able to see homes at my convenience. She was always a text or call away and always had paperwork and such ready for me in a timely manner. She was empathetic to my feelings of nervousness during the process and was always there to answer questions, give advice, and offer solutions. She even played with my daughter while we were looking at a home. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with her!
