I can't say enough good things about how happy I am that I picked Carolyn to help with my sale. This sale had so many different twists to it: the property was owned by a trust, it was a duplex that was being converted to (and sold as) condos, it had to
be sold by a certain time to avoid capital gains taxes, AND there was a property damage insurance claim in between the sale of each condo. Oh, and all this during COVID! Needless to say, a lot of bumps in the road (and stress) in selling the property. Through
all of this, Carolyn gave sound advice to see the sale through to the end. She’s knowledgeable on the legal environment surrounding real estate transactions and definitely has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. Given all the “crazy” that
was surrounding this sale, organized and fast responses were needed, and Carolyn did that and then some. On top of all of that, Carolyn was just a nice person and pleasure to deal with. Her name would be the first one out of my mouth if/when I’m asked for
