My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Dena when we moved back home to the Skagit Valley after being away for many years. Dena was AWESOME! After my husband died unexpectedly, I decided to put my house up for sale so I could move out of state to be closer to family. It was a very difficult time and I relied a lot on Dena. Due to unfortunate timing, our experience of selling an estate property happened both during the holidays and at a time when the market was softening.
