Marty Loberg
Industry veterans Martin and Jasmine Loberg are the owners of NextHome Preview Properties.
They began their real estate careers in north King and Snohomish counties in 1987. They have both worked in all aspects of our industry including escrow and title services, building and developing single family home projects along with selling real estate for over 30 years.
Working as a team they moved to Skagit County in 1999 and opened Preview Properties Skagit, building it up to one of the most productive offices in the area each year for 22 years. The merge with NextHome in 2018 adds to the success they helped create for their Brokers. Adding a technology platform along with cutting edge tools and more support that agents need to stay competitive and become a premier world class broker of today.
