Being first time buyers, my wife and I were overwhelmed with the process of selecting a house. Rick Hanby was patient and accommodated us with showing of home after our work hours. Rick was able to provide us with answers when we had questions on various home matters without pressuring us to hurry up.

Once we selected our house, Rick kept us informed on the various inspections, provided us with paperwork needed to secure our new house.

I am a very difficult person to deal with and honestly, I really didn't think I was going to find a place to call my home, so I was half heartedly looking. Then I met Ben Thompson and the rest is history. He was very, very patient and kind. He actually "LISTENED" to me and to what I was looking for in a home and he didn't run me all over town. He was SO prompt and amazing!!!!!! He is the most professional, well versed in his position and knowledgeable in home buying.
