Michael was a fantastic Realtor!!! After we purchased a new home out of state, we needed to move quick to sell our home in Harrisburg. But with 3 dogs & working from home, we didn’t know where to start. We met with & talked with a few other Realtors who weren’t listening to our needs & also were lowballing the value of our home. Michael suggested that we clear the house out, list as “coming soon” for a couple of weeks to create interest, then take pictures & go “live” the day after we move out. Grant is great! Very patient, kind and professional. When I first started my search, houses were selling in a day, maybe two. He was always available and got me in quickly; I felt I was priority, even though I knew he had other clients and family commitments. He made it work so I could view interested houses right away. I don't know much about furnaces, hot water tanks, etc. and he always checked those units out for me. I would get so frustrated at times and talking to him would have a calming effect.
