Michael was a fantastic Realtor!!! After we purchased a new home out of state, we needed to move quick to sell our home in Harrisburg. But with 3 dogs & working from home, we didn’t know where to start. We met with & talked with a few other Realtors who
weren’t listening to our needs & also were lowballing the value of our home. Michael suggested that we clear the house out, list as “coming soon” for a couple of weeks to create interest, then take pictures & go “live” the day after we move out. It was the
perfect plan for us! He even referred a great cleaning service to get our home ready for showings. Michael sold our home on Day 1 for top dollar to a cash buyer who wanted to close in 10 days. Not only was he in communication almost daily, he even handled

Michael did a great job on letting us know when the right time to list the house would bring more traffic through. We got to see statistics on how the potential buyers got to and viewed the listing. When repairs were needed, he assisted in getting someone
