Terri was very quick to understand that our schedules between Colorado and Oklahoma weren't going to be very flexible, or very easy. She was always quick and comfortable to suggest and host video walkthroughs of different houses and properties, she was always available on short notice to meet me at different properties when I was able to fly in. No distance was too great, no time was too early or too late. Terri was always there, she was always smiling, and she was always very understanding when I didn't like something, or when I did.

I can't describe the trust that I had in her, as early as I did. She just seemed like she'd always been my friend, and that she understood implicitly exactly what I wanted in a house. Even when we ultimately found our dream house, Terri pointed out certain features that it had that I had forgotten were as important to me as they were! It is safe to say she knew what I wanted a little bit more than I did there at the end.

Terri and I are friends on Facebook now :-) I plan to invite her to our first housewarming party and I have no doubt that she will come. We will share stories about this house, and others that she has helped sell or buy. I feel like I didn't just get a house, but I got a friend too. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

During the 60 days or more that we worked together she showed nothing but sincere patience towards me. On more than one occasion I was about to give up the search for a house because nothing met my criteria. She just kept trudging along and said let’s keep looking around. Mike patiently worked over a year with my siblings and me to prepare to sell our Mother’s home. We wanted to wait until she was in the nursing home a year and he provided us comps and estimated sales prices and we finally decided it was time to sell it. Let me just get straight to it, Terri was absolutely amazing. As a first time homebuyer, who did a little research beforehand, I was still learning about the whole process. Terri was recommended to me and immediately went to work as soon as our first conversation was over. After closing, Terri insisted on meeting me to congratulate me again, and showed up with gifts. I will definitely recommend her to any and everybody I know who is in the market to buy or sell. Mike went out of his way to make sure the sale of my property went through. There was a snag on the buyer's end but Mike was quick to respond. Although it looked like it would be another 15 days past what we originally expected, he helped them get past the problem and we were able to close - earlier than we thought. In fact we closed a day before the original expected date! Mike is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Mike was a true blessing! He is an amazing realtor that worked with my best interest in mind. I work twelve hour days and Mike was available for showings around my hectic schedule. He was present for inspections that I could not attend due to my work schedule. He worked well through a contract that I cancelled due to extensive and expensive rewiring issues, and jumped right back in with new showings for me to start all over again. He alerted me to possible issues that I might have in the future, and referred me to inspectors that were honest and forthright in their business. He never missed a beat when any issue arrived. He just worked to help me figure it out. He worked well with the abstract and loan companies/ banks always sharing information with me from everyone with me and everyone involved. When I accepted an offer for the sale of the house, the buyers had some requests prior to closing that Mike explained to me, then negotiated with the buyers when I refused some of the requests. Between the time I moved out of the house and the closing date, Mike insured that the outside of the house was maintained in such a manner that the house did not seem deserted. Before the closing date, Mike walked me through all the forms and procedures that would take place, insuring that I understood them all ahead of time.
