Mike Hall did a terrific job handling the purchase and closing of our land. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We have used him several times, and will continue to use him.

Mike patiently worked over a year with my siblings and me to prepare to sell our Mother’s home. We wanted to wait until she was in the nursing home a year and he provided us comps and estimated sales prices and we finally decided it was time to sell it. He was our liaison between other agents, buyers and the title company. He kept us fully in the loop with texts and phone calls. The house was in bad shape and needed several substantial repairs and he helped us sell it as is. He’s friendly, professional and kind.

Mike was so helpful in the process of selling of selling my house. Mike would always set up our appointments around our busy schedules, and even meet us at our house. He was very helpful with planning our showings by appt only since we had a dog.

Mike went out of his way to make sure the sale of my property went through. There was a snag on the buyer's end but Mike was quick to respond. Although it looked like it would be another 15 days past what we originally expected, he helped them get past the problem and we were able to close - earlier than we thought. In fact we closed a day before the original expected date! Mike is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Mike was a true blessing! He is an amazing realtor that worked with my best interest in mind. I work twelve hour days and Mike was available for showings around my hectic schedule. He was present for inspections that I could not attend due to my work schedule. He worked well through a contract that I cancelled due to extensive and expensive rewiring issues, and jumped right back in with new showings for me to start all over again. He alerted me to possible issues that I might have in the future, and referred me to inspectors that were honest and forthright in their business. He never missed a beat when any issue arrived. He just worked to help me figure it out. He worked well with the abstract and loan companies/ banks always sharing information with me from everyone with me and everyone involved.
