Chad came with a market analysis, toured my home, and spent time going over what would happen next and answering questions.
My sons live out of town so Chad would have phone meetings with us to answer any questions they had.
Even though it was Christmas season and a very snowy month he scheduled quite a few showing every week. He sent a text for every showing with the date and time and most of the time let us know when we could come home.

Our family was looking for a home that would be a great neighborhood for our son to grow up in. We wanted a neighborhood with lots of kids, but that was also quiet and safe.
