Matt is a GREAT agent and person. I called him many times to look at multiple houses, until we found the right one for my family. Without hesitation he was would say we can look at it the day I called. Some houses he said this may not be right, (because of the work needed done). To me he seemed to have our best interest at heart. Would work with him again if need to, But I found the house with pretty much everything I wanted.
