First I want to say that this is my first time trying to turn my home into a rental property. So I honestly didn’t know what to expect, from rates, contacts, requirements, tough questions, marketing to even just knowing how to get started. I believed that the whole process was about to be a huge headache, and a stressor that I was not looking forward to. I called a friend who I had served with in the Marine Corps who was more savy with real estate and he immediately gave me the contact to “NextHome Built by Referral Realty”. To describe the service provided by Karen Stewart, first I will have to mention “Watching the Wheels” song by John Lennon. At the end, I hope to be able to tie the service provided by Karen to that song. To begin with, I was referred to Karen by an acquaintance in Jacksonville, NC and based on his expressed satisfaction on the service received when he purchased a new place to live, I did not hesitate to call Karen to put our property up for sale. However, in the back of my mind I always thought that once you meet a Real Estate Agent, there is no need to think that the next one you meet will be any different. How wrong was I!!! Upon meeting Karen all my thoughts changed for the best. She came in rolling like a “Wheel” and never stopped rolling until the job was done. Although we live in a different State than where the property was sold, our communication with Karen or her staff was seamless regardless of type, (Phone Calls, Text Messages, Emails). Given the type of property we had put for sale, many times we found ourselves lost and confused and when we saw problems, Karen saw solutions. I will not hesitate to reach out to Karen again to sell or buy a property in Jacksonville, NC if need be.
