First I want to say that this is my first time trying to turn my home into a rental property. So I honestly didn’t know what to expect, from rates, contacts, requirements, tough questions, marketing to even just knowing how to get started. I believed that

As a newly military couple, my husband and I had bought a home to remodel. After two unexpected deployments and a bad hurricane season, our plans for the home did not go as we had hoped. Our time with the house had passed and we picked up orders to move
