Jon is an extremely caring realtor. As a preface, I currently work in a sales and customer service job and I also have a tendency to get frustrated quickly with the process. Jon cares about his clients and the process. He cares about the details and doing a quality job. Jon knows how to sell real estate as well, we had a number of showings scheduled within an hour of the house being listed and a full price offer within 24 hours. When I'd get frustrated he'd always know just what to say to remind me of the overall goal of getting to closing. We were dealing with a scattered and unorganized agent on the other side and he probably hid a lot of that from me. There was a lot of miscommunication from the buyer's agent which caused stress but again Jon kept us level-headed and our eye on the prize and dealt with a lot on our behalf. Jon is also well-connected and knows many people in the industry from lawyer's to bankers to inspectors and appraisers. Even relationship with contractors that can help deal with inspection items.
