I have known Fred for a long time and have always considered his integrity beyond reproach. We had left the area and were renting our home out. Short version of the story was tenant moved out and trashed the place. I called Fred, because by now it was apparent that we were not coming back to the area. We contacted Brandi about one of her listings. We didn't have an agent, so she ended up being a dual agent for the sale.
