Let’s start this off by saying that I was probably Chelsea most demanding client. I happen to be a type of person who is difficult to please but with Chelsea’s personality and professionalism she was able too find me a property that actually gave me a sense of peace when I walked on it. Let me start off with saying- We couldn’t have prepared ourselves for just how AMAZING our Realtor Chelsea Ratcliff is/has been and i don’t put that lightly! We have been working with Chelsea to buy our first home and she has completely exceeded any possible expectations to have for a reality/realtor experience! We will now forever have a contact to give if anyone asks our family if we know of any good realtor they could contact to buy/sell a home! (PS: She’s a thousand times more than just a ‘good’ realtor!) My family’s schedule has been absolutely hectic being that i am disabled/Chronically ill and a Marines Wife (as i know anyones schedules can get busy and hectic) so that has put a particular stress on our home buying equation, have no worries when working with Chelsea! She is so patient, kind, and helpful! She has been nothing but understanding of the circumstances of our family while we have been dealing with trying to buy a home with the other added stressors.
