Ryan took our house on after it failed to sell. He got it rented out pretty quickly and then had to deal with a few crazy things as our property manager also.
When we went to list our house he was able to find a buyer within a quick time and had to again deal with some more issues this time from the county. Only down side I can say , is that we wished we would have found him earlier, we now know that our rental is being taken care of and that has been a huge relief .
