I can't say enough about how helpful Patricia was in selling two homes. My uncle had owned the properties and used them as rentals when he passed away suddenly. As I was thrust into managing the properties along with the rest of my uncle's estate - Patricia took care of all communication with various contractors for touch-up improvements, aggressively marketed the properties for sale, and closed the deals in a timely fashion. Patricia is an amazing individual. She was willing to show us homes in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and American Falls. She was so patient with us and explained things so we understood what was going on. We had some setbacks with our bank and she was able to speak with the bank to see what the hold ups were.
I am giving Patricia 5 stars, but I would give her many more if it was possible.

Patricia was the agent for both the sellers and the buyers which was very convenient because we did not have to wait for one agent to talk to another agent and things got done very quickly. She showed us a range of houses in three different towns and was very easy to work with. She was very available and answered texts, phone calls and e-mails promptly. We, the buyers, had some hurdles to overcome with our bank and she helped us answer all the questions and to get the needed documentation very quickly. She made sure all parties involved got a good, fair deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is a multi listing agent and can show you just about any property you are interested in.
Too bad the highest rating I can give is 5 stars because I would rank her as a 10!!
