My better half and i decided to move to Idaho and weren't quite sure on where to look for a place. Amanda was recommended to us and that is where our amazing adventure begins. Amanda was given a list of houses that we saw and liked the looks of. She began by getting us appointments to look at places we saw. Being from out of state we had about a 4 hour drive to meet up. Every time she had about 4 or 5 places for us to see . Some we liked some not so much after seeing in person. Amanda was a trooper asking us questions along our journey getting a feel for what we were looking for. She would have papers printed out of all we looked at so we could make a list of ones we liked. We still had some time left in the day and she told us of a house that had been just listed as she was always looking as we traveled around. We came we saw and well she nailed it. This was the place. The amazing work she put in on our search i have never seen before. From print outs of all the houses we saw too her knowledge of each area she was amazing. We looked for MONTHS for a house. Literally months. There was nothing on the market that didn’t need an entire makeover just to live in it and the prices for the houses were insane.
