Unlike most people, I was lucky enough to be born in paradise. I’m a 7th generation Florida native who was born and raised in Sarasota. As a kid I couldn’t wait to get out of here, but after a few years living and traveling around the US I realized that there is nowhere in the world better than where I was from! Now I love to use my knowledge of my hometown to help people find their dream home. The look on a friend’s face (because my clients become my friends) when they find the right forever home makes all the work worth it. The only promises I will make is to work my hardest and always be honest with those I am lucky enough to work with. I live by the motto humans over houses and I would love to work with you.

We worked with Toby while purchasing a home in South Venice and could not be happier. He provided guidance with proper pricing and location and made sure that our final choice was the right now. His goal was to make sure that we found the right home for

Tobias was amazing in helping us find the perfect vacation house in Venice, FL. We live in Massachusetts, and Tobias found homes that fit our budget and visited each place while facetiming us so we could walk through the home with him. When we finally
