His educational achievements include a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University, a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certificate from the University of California San Diego, and an Executive MBA from San Diego State University.
Tim embarked on his illustrious real estate career in May 2002 at Prudential California Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Transitioning to Keller Williams Carmel Valley / Del Mar in 2007, he earned his residential broker’s license in 2010 and founded KAYA Realty. With an impressive track record, Tim has successfully closed over $174 million in transactions, catering to diverse clientele, including first-time buyers, executive relocations, military specialists, and the luxury market.
