Tracy is AWESOME!! She came in and walked through our house with us and advised us on how to fix up our house to get the most we could get from our home. We did what she suggested and we were able to get what we wanted. After fixing it up like she said we wondered (for a second) why we were moving it looked so good. But we got several offers - even one of our neighbors wanted to buy it but we had already accepted an offer. Whenever something was needed - Tracy texted/emailed us and we responded and WOW we had a contract AND closed in a month! YAHOO! Thank you Tracy -We really appreciate you and all your hard work!!
