John Valenzano is a long-time resident of the greater Houston area. He is a successful entrepreneur and father of three boys, an alumnus of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and an active member of several local clubs and organizations dedicated to the community and charitable giving.
At NextHome Realty Center, one of the top real estate brokerages in Texas, John is here to bring the buyer’s dream of owning a new home to reality.
"From Concept To Completion," has been a long-time motto for John in all of his endeavors. He brings that determination to buyers wishing to make their dreams of owning a home come true — from concept to completion — and is dedicated to guiding them through the entire process of making such an important purchase.
"I have always enjoyed working with buyers, especially first-time buyers, and am extremely happy that I will be able to focus on what I love and assist them through the process of making the most important purchase of their lives.”
Besides being a REALTOR®, John was the founder of HardLight Media, a design and development company specializing in graphic design, website and web application development, digital and social media marketing, and website hosting services. HardLight served small and medium-sized businesses as well as Fortune 1000 companies in Houston, Texas and around the world.
John is also a former Adjunct Faculty Member at Lone Star College-CyFair, where he was responsible for instruction of multimedia and website development, including design theory, industry techniques, business practices and industry standard software programs. John also taught a class in traditional cartooning and stop-motion animation techniques.
In 2012, John was appointed as co-advisor of the college’s Phi Theta Kappa chapter and was responsible for supervising the honor students in their college programs and chaperoning them to various conferences and conventions around the state and country. His prior experience in Phi Theta Kappa includes serving as a former chapter president and as Texas Regional President from 1999 to 2000.
Among his many community commitments, John volunteers with the Ambassadors’ Club on charitable campaigns and fundraisers for organizations like Toys for Tots, Houston Food Bank and many others.
At home, John enjoys the company of his three sons, Star Wars, fine whiskey — and he still happily admits to playing with LEGO.

Recommendations
John Valenzano did do a great job for me. Although we’ve known each other for many years, I’d never before been his client. And it was my first time as a solo buyer. Fortunately I was never alone in the process. John was very available and responsive to
my many questions and fears. When he said he’d call, he kept his promise. I was always treated with kindness and respect. And John knows real estate. Can’t ask for more.
John was great, he listened to everything we had to say and what we were wanting. He sold our house for us quickly and he also helped us find another house. He looks out for our best interest. I highly recommend him.
After a series of missteps, a fractured spine and a case of covid, John worked a deal with the buyer of my home that allowed me to still sell my home, but be allowed to remain in my home for an extended period of time while I healed. He was also able to
get some of the purchase price upfront to aid in my situation, which was a godsend! If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend you work with John! I'm old and will probably never need the services of a realtor again, but if I do, rest assured my
firs call will be to John!
John was referred to me by a friend, and he did a great job. With his help, I had an accepted offer in a matter of weeks from starting my search. John also provided information and support not specific to his role as a real estate agent.
I strongly recommend John as an agent, and consider him my friend as well.

He got my home sold for a good price while it was only on the market for under a week.
Mr. John Valenzano was very engaged and patient with the sale of my townhome. Many thanks to John for all his engaged and hard work for the sale.
This was my second home engagement with John. I highly recommend him as your agent. John knows his staff and adds his own personal experiences to the process. If he does not know something, he follows up. He is a solid professional and someone we call
a friend.
John was very professional, and obviously very experienced in realty. He got our home sold quickly.
Being a first time homebuyer and never researching about buying a house, John was very patient and helpful in every step. Any question I had he responded quickly and made buying my house as less stressful as possible. Wouldn't had done it without him.
