Glena was a huge help with our process of purchasing a home from out of town. She went out of her way to video chat home tours with us so that we would be able to see some of the homes when we couldn’t make it to Houston. She drove all over Houston to

Jodi WIllis is an experienced, savvy real estate professional who was a tremendous asset as we sought to acquire a house for use by our son and his family in Austin. While Jodi is located in the greater Houston area, she made several trips to Austin to
aid us in this process. The first trip focused on finding the right property which we managed to do over a three-day search. Once we found the property, Jodi worked to find a first-rate inspector who did a very thorough job on this new house. Following this
inspection, Jodi constantly followed up with the construction team and helped my son get all the issues resolved, including a significant issue involving drainage in the back yard, When we ran into a need to extend the closing because of Covid-related issues
which created a need for more time to complete the final repairs and fixes, Jodi made a final trip to Austin to assure that all was in order. The remote closing went off without a hitch. Since neither my wife nor I were present for much of this process, and

I have now both purchased and sold a home with Jimmy. Before working with Jimmy, my wife and I had gone through a few other realtors looking for someone who was knowledgable and trustworthy. Jimmy and his wife are rockstars. They made us feel like we were
their only client, they did not waste our time with homes we couldn't afford and they really listened to us. When we bought our home, not only did Jimmy consider our list of wants, but he made sure that we would buy somewhere with a good resale value. 3 years
later when we moved and sold the home, Jimmy handled everything for us while we lived out of state. He gave us a bracket of what we could possibly get for the home and we hit the top of the bracket. We listed the home and had offers in a few days, accepting

So why use another realtor that will charge the same commission but give you lesser results? I'm convinced that Rob more than paid for his own commission through the increased value I got for my home. He paid for himself and then some.

Jill was amazing. I knew nothing about her prior to our first meeting. In fact I arrived at a house that I had inquired about through Zillow not even knowing who was coming to show me the house. Instantly I knew I was in good hands. She was patient and
not-at-all pushy after we viewed that house and I informed her I wasn't really ready to make a purchase, just curious what was out there and what I might be interested in another year or so out. However, she continued to show me houses every time I saw one
that interested me and never once pushed the issue by "checking in" with me as the car sales men do, nor did she ever try to convince me something was right for me. Fast forward 6 months and I just happened to decide one afternoon to go see some of the new
model homes in my area. I didn't realize in the beginning that if you are building from the ground up that you would work with anyone except directly with the builder. I mentioned to the builder that I had looked at some developed neighborhoods about 6 months
prior and he asked who showed me those houses. He reached out to her and got her back involved. (I felt so sheepish that I didn't think to include her after she had been so helpful, and that I "went behind her back" to look at new construction). She was so
awesome through it all. Didn't phase her one bit and she immediately went into "represent the client mode" lobbying with the corporate office to get me more builder incentives. She viewed several floor plans with me, helped me determine pros and cons and kept
me focused on my list of wants, needs and non-negotiables. It is very easy to get excited about all the options and get in over your head when you are building. I would have been way out of my range if she hadn't kept me grounded about what was important,
and what was luxury. She came to the design center with me and helped me plan my interiors (which are BEAUTIFUL by the way). She guided me on what was worth having done with the construction (ie upgraded front door and faux wood tile instead of standard carpet)
and what was better done on my own after closing (ie buy and install ceiling fans and blinds). She guided me though the financing process and warned me of pitfalls and red flags. She came out of her way to my side of town to walk though the house on her own
and sent me pics even though I was going by weekly. She did the blue-tape walk through with me and followed up with the builder on some major issues that would have had me in a panic if she wasn't handling it for me. That's what she does. She just handles
it and removes all the stress. She rearranged her schedule twice to attend my closing date, even after the builder delayed it for 2 days. I was so thankful that she was there for that. I was terrified of all the paperwork and signatures. A first time home
buyer, single-mom, and my usual go-to (my dad) was out of town. If she hadn't been there it would have taken me 3 solid days to close as I would have wanted to read every single document word for word. But Jill was on the ball. She reviewed everything ahead
of time for me, made sure everything was valid and accurate, and even asked the clarifying questions for me at the closing that I didn't know needed to be asked. Signing was a breeze as I had so much faith and trust in her and her desire to make this the best
possible outcome for me. In the 3 months since closing she has remained invaluable to me when I get notices or documents in the mail that I don't understand. I will forever be grateful that I had Jill in my corner. She absolutely was my navigator and I thoroughly
enjoyed it every step of the way.

Rob Rule has been my relator of choice for about 12 years. He has helped me and other family members in both buying and selling at least 5 homes during this time. That said our most recent transactions were buying a larger home in November 2016 that Rob
helped us get closed quickly which made my lovely bride very happy. After we did some sprucing up at our old place (with Rob's great advice) our old home went on the market in mid-January 2017. Rob exceeded my expectations once again. Due to Rob's outstanding
advice and efforts our old home was sold in less than 5 days on the market at OVER our asking price and closed in less than 3 weeks.
He has always provided good old fashioned personalized customer service with great professional advice. The simple truth is I hope I won’t be needing Rob's services again for at least 5 more years...but if something changes he would be the one I would call and without a doubt the only realtor I would personally recommend.
