I am a lifelong resident of the Cumberland Plateau and had the privilege of working as a ranger for the Obed Wild and Scenic River National Park for six years and a season at Frozen Head State Park. These life experiences give me a unique knowledge of the area and all that this part of East Tennessee has to offer. I now enjoy helping other families find their place here and share with them all that it has to offer. When I am not helping others with their Real Estate goals, I enjoy time with my family doing all of the hobbies I love to share with them. I enjoy hunting, fishing, rock climbing, hiking, and most any other thing you can find to do outside.
What I enjoy most about working in Real Estate is getting to meet people where they are in life and assisting them in getting where they want to be. Whether it is a growing family, downsizing, or unforeseen life changes I truly enjoy being able to help take people from from that dream and goal stage to the reality of home or land ownership. We met Chance by accident, with no notice she walked with us and showed us the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions immediately. She is easy to talk to and listened to what we wanted. Because of that she was
able to find the perfect property for us.
