Meet Susan Allen

Buying a home is one of the most important decisions one can make.  You want to be sure that you make the right choice and Susan Allen can help you and your family on this journey. It begins with finding a professional who can listen and focus on your wants, needs, and desires for your next home.  She will help you to address the positives and limits to making a successful choice.    Susan can do just that!   Having served as a school administrator  her focus has always been on listening, problem solving, identifying strategies that maximize successful outcomes.  These skills translate well into satisfying clients and helping make dreams a reality.

Having a wealth of knowledge from serving as a school administrator and numerous community organizations, she puts that experience into action.  She attended Brevard College, AppState for her degree in Chemistry. And Psychology, UNCG for her MA in counseling, and VaTech for her Ed D. She was selected to attend the Principal’s Executive Program, UNC and completed a Marketing  the “Disney Way”  Program at Disney Orlando. She serves on the Advisory Board of SECU in Thomasville, former member of the United Way. Board, and Community General Hospital.  Giving back to others and her community is vital to her. 

In addition to real estate experience, training, and education, practical expertise is a plus.  Serving as Director of Occupational Education, she was responsible for coordinating  building three homes by the students in the building trades program and serving on the Davidson County Builders Association Board.  Perhaps the greatest practical experience has been that she and her husband built and/or sold fourteen homes for their family.  Her moving, building, buying and selling properties are experiences which can  help her guide you through a rewarding experience.

Her fierce love of her family, son, daughter, son-in-law, and her granddaughter, Ellie (her heart) shape who she is.  As a professional real estate agent, she  prides herself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your transaction.  Let her earn your trust, your business and most importantly your friendship..
