Teresa was on top of our project from the moment we said, “Let’s sell!” Although it took just 3 days to sell it, she handled all the necessary paperwork in good order, so that there were no glitches along the way. We had been privately looking for homes in the High Country for several years before being referred to Judy and Allan Wagner at Next Home Mountain Realty.

As buyers in an amped up market fueled by Covid-19 campers, we had no idea what we were in for. Thankfully Judy and Allan were there for us.

From the beginning, Team Wagner made the buying experience easy. Their ability to schedule appointments quickly (we are talking anywhere between 15 minutes up to one day) was incredible. Having a lifetime of knowledge of the area was also helpful when suggesting alternative properties – they knew what we wanted, delivered solid comps and a brought a logical ability to provide pros & cons of certain locations or Allen’s experience as a former builder in regard to the condition of structures. We felt like we were talking with family.

When it came to finding quality inspectors, attorneys, surveyors, septic or repair contractors they had deep lists of providers for us to reach out to. Making our experience even easier, Judy and Allan made themselves available to the aforementioned service providers if we could not make the scheduled appointment. When our lender had issues with one of his contractors, we knew the seller’s realtor was kept in the loop and talked off a cliff several times. They salvaged a situation that many sellers could have walked away from.

Our home was on the market for such a short time I don't feel we got to personally know Judy as much as we would have liked. She came to our house for the listing and staged with recommendations that was very satisfactory.
