I couldn't be more pleased with the job Sandra did with the purchase of our new home. She was absolutely knowledgeable in the community we chose to purchase our home. She's incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to navigating the ins and outs of real estate negotiation and general overall knowledge. But more than that, what impressed me most was the "above and beyond" service we got from Sandra. We weren't able to move into our home until 3 months after the purchase. During that time the house that vacant, Sandra would check in periodically to check on the home and make sure all the systems were operating and problem free. She would gather our mail and update us regularly as to the status of all things related to our home. Keep in mind, she did this after the close of our home. My homebuying experience started with a few questions for Sandra and resulted in her helping me every step of the way! She ALWAYS returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. When traditional financing with my local bank fell thru I was devastated but Sandra was there to recommend another lender who was able to finance my non traditional purchase. My husband & I would absolute recommend Sandra Cribb whether you’re buying or selling. She has an advantage, because she was born & raised in North Myrtle. We met her after I said. a prayer while traveling to this area for the 1st time. 2023. I contacted her through social media while searching for a place to rent for a few nights & she offered to find us a place to stay, but then she picked us up & drove us around for 2 hours in her vehicle to show us the NMB area & offering many recommendations for things to do. Sandra was awesome! In the beginning of the sale of my house she dealt with my renters who were very difficult. She dealt with them professionally as good as one could possible do.
