Transitional Land:  Repurposing of land to achieve the highest and best use and profitability for the buyers and sellers.

Agricultural Land Brokerage:  Advising clients of the marketing, sales or purchase of Farms or Farm Estates.  With experience in the equestrian industry.

Subdivision Development:  Advises clients wishing to subdivide tracts of land.

Land Real Estate Site Selection:  Advising Clients on choosing an appropriate location for a commercial business.

Mikey had previously been appointed to the Horry County Planning Commission, later he was urged to run for public office and now serves as an elected Horry County Councilman overseeing the largest and fastest developing area in the country with eleven other officials.
