Peggy provided a very professional approach from start to finish, including a competitive market book detailing area properties both sold and for sale, signage and a knowledge of the industry and how it works. The first offer was accepted within 10 days
of being on the market, and when that offer was withdrawn due to buyer unemployment, the unit was relisted and received a full price offer 6 days later. Peggy handled all the details - inspection, appraisal, and working with the title company and buyer's agent
