Erika Jones is a seasoned real estate professional with over 23 years of experience as an appraiser and over 8 years experience as a sales associate. Although she was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Erika has been living in Oklahoma for most of her life, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University. Erika met her husband, Cavan, while studying at OSU, and they currently reside in Shawnee, OK, where they have two wonderful children and a rescue boxer mix named Hazel.
Erika began her career as a high school math teacher in Texas, but soon realized her passion for real estate. She returned to Oklahoma and became a real estate appraiser, which she has been doing for over 23 years. Over the years, Erika witnessed the opportunities in the real estate industry and decided to obtain her sales associate license in 2016. She has been selling real estate since then and has recently been appointed as the broker in charge of the new Shawnee location for NextHome Central Real Estate.
Erika’s husband, Cavan, has a background in construction, is a licensed Realtor, and manages their rental properties. He is also an Oklahoma City Firefighter and has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from OSU.
