She really does do an outstanding job on keeping a person updated and puts in the work of knowledge of the property she’s selling. I hope I never have to buy another house if I’m being honest, but if I do, I’ll never use anyone else. Where to start! My husband and I were new to the home buying process. We had absolutely no clue where to start. So we frequently visited Zillow. We owned a second home that we rented. The house was a absolute money pit. So we contacted Erika Jones to see if selling was even a possibility. Erika did a market evaluation on the current value of the house and the value of the house if we made improvements.
